Changes in terms of access to airport business lounges using the Visa Platinum premium card.

Dear customers!

We inform you that from September 1, 2025 , the international payment system Visa will introduce changes to the conditions for access to airport business lounges for holders of Visa Platinum premium cards, including those issued by Reshenie Bank JSC.

From September 1, 2025, in order to be able to use the DragonPass service (access to airport business lounges), you must make purchases with a Visa Platinum card for the amount of 700 BYN**. within 35 days* . Other services included in the premium Visa Platinum product are available to cardholders regardless of spent amounts.

Please note that if the Visa Platinum card was recently issued and you did not have the opportunity to make purchases for the above amount, access to the DragonPass service will not be provided.

*All transactions for the last 35 days except for transactions for the last 5 days are counted.

**The turnover calculation includes all purchases made with the equipment of the following banks of the Republic of Belarus: Alfa Bank, Belagroprombank, ASB Belarusbank, Belgazprombank, BNB Bank, BSB Bank, Neo Bank Asia, Bank Reshenie, MTBank, Paritetbank, Priorbank, StatusBank, Technobank, Zepter Bank, Bank RRB, as well as with the equipment of foreign banks.
