Preparation of settlement documents

ABOUT REGISTRATION OF PAYMENT DOCUMENTS AFTER 01 JULY 2016 

In in accordance with subclause 1.1. Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated May 23, 2016 №266 from July 1, 2016 when making non-cash payments in Belarusian rubles in the payment documents submitted to the bank:

• transfer amount is indicated in Belarusian rubles and kopecks;
• When indicating the transfer amount in numbers, the fractional part is separated from the whole part by a dot or comma. If there is no fractional part in the transfer amount, the numbers “00” are placed after the period or comma
• the currency code is indicated in accordance with the national classifier of the Republic of Belarus (OKRB 016-99) “Currencies”, approved by the resolution of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification of the Republic of Belarus dated June 16, 1999. N 8 “On approval, implementation, amendment and cancellation of state standards, classifiers and guidance documents”: digital currency code — 933, letter currency code — BYN;

Settlement documents executed in violation of the requirements of subclause 1.1 of the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated May 23, 2016 № 266, from July 1, 2016. Banks do not accept them for execution (for collection).

Settlement documents accepted, but not executed after the expiration of the banking day of June 30, 2016 , including those in card files for off-balance sheet accounts “Settlement documents not paid on on time” o; in Belarusian rubles, regardless of the presence in the bank of a resolution (definition) on the seizure of the funds in the account are withdrawn by banks from the specified card files and returned without execution.

Due to 30 June 2016  You must submit an order to the bank to change the amount specified in the previously submitted and valid after July 01, 2016. order for the reservation of funds, in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 4, 2015. N 450 “On the denomination of the official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus” in the recalculation of the nominal value of the official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus.

Orders for which the above order to change the reservation amount was not submitted to the bank before June 30, 2016 are returned by the bank without execution, and the funds accumulated under these orders, July 04, 2016 nbsp;g . are sent to make payments in the order established by law.
